Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities and most remote areas, through trusted courier partners.
Delivery Time
- Major cities: 2–4 working days
- Other cities & remote areas: 3–6 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Package weight
Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly shown before order confirmation.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
Customers are requested to provide accurate address and contact details and ensure availability at the time of delivery.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in account restrictions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can monitor your delivery status.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product. Claims reported after this period may not be entertained.
